Harvest

This is the first Riesling produced from our La Gracia vineyard, it's lively and youthful. The fruit was picked in late September.

Bottling

Gently crossflow filtered & bottled under screwcap to preserve the freshness of the wine.

Winemaking

The juice was cold settled for 24 hours and then transferred to neutral French oak puncheons. It was fermented using the native yeasts. After 6 months of fermentation, it was stopped with 6g/L of residual sugar.
