Harvested and handpicked from Daddy long legs Vineyard in late October at peak maturity.

Winemaking

Fruit was destemmed and crushed into ½ ton primary fermenters with the cap punched by hand 2 times daily for gentle skin extraction.

Aging

The must was pressed at dryness and transferred to French oak barrels to complete ML and for 12 months of aging.
