Growing Conditions

Harvested from our Matheson farm and Kulpa farms. The vineyards are 20 miles apart and have a very different profile driven by the proximity to Lake Michigan. Kulpa 13 miles from Lake Michigan and Matheson 1.5 miles.

Hand harvested on October 31st and November 1st

Fermented with pump over 5x per day

Aging

18 months in a mixture of oak from 1 year old to neutral
