Nose

Striking aromatics of wet cobblestone and fleshy, yellow fruit.

Palate

The palate exhibits a dynamic interplay of bright white peach and lemon curd juxtaposed against the wine's rich, silky texture - a result of eight months aging in oak and Acacia.

Winemaking

The grapes for our Cabernet Franc Blanc are picked earlier in the harvest season to help capture its signature bright, vibrant fruit character. Once picked, they're then hand sorted and then gently pressed to a stainless steel tank to settle. After 48 hours the the juice is racked off the lees and into a large oak vessel (foudre) for fermentation. Two months later the wine is transferred into French oak and Acacia barrels for another eight months of aging.
