Blending Cabernet Franc with Merlot can create a wine with enhanced complexity, balance, and depth. Blending the two in cool climate can create a wine with a more layered aroma, flavor, and textured profile.

Our flag ship wine is one we hold dear to our hearts. In cooler years it often has herbaceous notes of pepper, lemongrass, and cut grass. In warmer months we get a lot of ruby red.

Gaelic Origin: It's derived from the word for late-night wandering, or for sitting up talking long into the early hours.

Gaelic Origin: Fiona means vine or wine. Rún, or Rúnda, is magical, mysterious and secret. Translation: Wine Secret. This Alsace inspired blend is meant to be a palate pleaser for a party of people with different tastes.
