Palate
Black plum and blackberry fruit mix with dark chocolate and a slightly earthy, leather backend. The delicate smoky finish flourishes the wine’s extremely well integrated tannins and residual acid, showing the wine’s continual aging prospects.
Winemaking
Deep, complex and jammy, our 2011 Merlot is a decadent
expression of the classic varietal united with our terroir.
Aging
Cold soaked and fermented on the skins for up to two weeks, and aged in French and American Oak barrels for more than two years.
