Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp dry white wine that demonstrates a pronounced grapefruit quality reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Marlborough region of New Zealand.
Food Pairing
Sauvignon Blanc, when slightly chilled, pairs well with fish or cheese and is also known as one of the few wines that can pair well with sushi and asparagus.
