Traditionally known as Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc, Gamay Noir has adapted well to the climate of Northern Michigan, producing a lighter-bodied, aromatic, fruity red wine with distinct tart cherry, red plum and black pepper flavors abound.

24-months aging in small oak barrels.
