Traditionally known as Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc, Gamay Noir has adapted well to the climate of Northern Michigan, producing a lighter-bodied, aromatic, fruity red wine with distinct tart cherry, red plum and black pepper flavors abound.

Crisp aromatics, bright tropical fruit and lemony citrus are accented with luscious flavors of ripe apple and pear. Produced from top quality, hand-picked Riesling grapes, whole clusters were pressed without any de-stemming or crushing. The resulting wine is sleek and steely with just a hint of natural sweetness for balance.
