Bottling

Hand bottled in June of 2023.

Winemaking

Three day cold soak followed by inoculation of yeast and the fermentation lasted about 6 days before pressing.

Aging

Barrel aged in a combination of new and neutral French Oak. Aged 18 months prior to bottling.
