Pet-Nat Method. Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir
Influenced by the Grower movement in Champagne, meaning lots of extraction while allowing the brightness of the fruit to lead the aromatics of rose petal, cherries, strawberry and cranberry fruits.
