Happenstance is a crisp, clean white blend tasting akin to a Bourdeaux. Soft aromatics, white flowers. The acidity is upfront but not overwhelming, first tasting of citrus zest then gradually rounding into hints of melon with undertones of gravel. A very easy sipping wine, bright but not too sharp. Playful on the palate without being overly complex.

Pinot Blanc really exemplifies what cool climate wine production can be. Aromatic profile with hints of anise, bright stone fruit and lemon zest on the palate, great mouthfeel in conjunction with vibrant acidity, smooth finish that highlights mineral notes. Wonderfully zippy, crisp yet bursting with fruit flavor. Extremely pleasant from first sip through extended finish.

Named after the Greek goddess of Ice and Snow, Khione, is a delectable dessert style wine displaying wonderful, candied fruit elements, yet restrained by distinct acidity. Made from late harvest Riesling grapes, the juice was frozen, then collected as it thawed, paving the way for a sugar concentrated winemaking experience.

Charmat Method sparkling wine comprised of equal parts Riesling, Auxerrois, and Pinot Blanc. Brut style, dry bubbly with lively fruit that is contained by smooth and balanced acidity.

Fruity and fresh, bright pink color. Very juicy, reminiscent of watermelon, slightly sweet but with enough acidity to be easily quaffable.

A vibrant sparkling rosé wine, produced mostly in the Pet Nat style, though disgorged to ensure a clear product. Very dry, beautiful pink color, toast and raspberries.
