With stone fruits and lovely mineral / wet stone on the palate. Medium dry with a crisp, satisfying finish.

Fruit was harvested at peak maturity September 24th – very early for this variety.
Winemaking
Fermentation was in stainless steel with Epernay 2 (CEG) yeast to enhance aroma and flavor. The fermentation was stopped with 1.8% residual sugar for a hint of sweetness in a classic German style.
