Nose

: Intriguing and thought provoking, this wine’s aromas show berry and spice notes

Palate

Silky tannins on the palate and finishes with a hint of dark cherry and clove.
A full-bodied red with French style from our own backyard.

Growing Conditions

Our estate grown Cabernet Franc was hand picked in the middle of October, allowing the fruit to hang and increase the sugar, color and aroma while maturing the tannins in the berries. What you have in front of you is truly a piece of art that Michigan’s 4 seasons have provided.

Winemaking

The soil is high in clay and produces wines with intense aromas and complex flavors.

Aging

20% new oak
