Growing Conditions
Grown on our Matheson farm, these vines sit on the top of the hill to slightly west facing. Lots of sunshine and the vines love it.

Hand harvested on October 25th
Winemaking
Loaded in the press at the end of the day where it rested over night before pressing in the morning. A quick fermentation followed by cross flow filtering and bottling to capture as much of the young fruit aromas as possible.
