From Outcross Vineyard on the clay rich and rocky soils around Benton Harbor, MI. A small 2 acre property, eastern facing, planted 8x4 on a mix of 101-14 and 3309C.

Bottling

Unfined. Unfiltered.

Winemaking

Skin contact for 4 hours. Barrel fermented with native yeast in 228L neutral French oak. Aged for 8 months on full lees. ML was discouraged by winter temperatures.
