This estate grown, hand-tended, stainless steel aged, expresses ripe notes of guava and mango with a delicate body.

Growing Conditions

Hand tended 1.25 acre vineyard on Old Mission Peninsula. Planted North to South upon a hillside with impeccable drainage and high sun exposure. Organic weeding practices are used.

Winemaking

Our Chardonnay is fruit forward and lean with a mild acidity, and stainless steel fermented and aged to preserve it's varietal characteristics.

Food Pairing

This wine's delicate profile allows it to pair with a wide variety of light dishes. Mixed greens with tropical fruits, brie or fresh mozzarella. A variety of grilled seafood such as shrimp, scallops, and grouper.
