Hand-tended vineyard. Planted north to south with all day sun. Attentive canopy management and organic weeding practices are used.

Winemaking

30% new French oak, 70% neutral for 9 months and creating a round balance of fruit and creaminess.

5-7 years Aging based on acidity, pH, and tannin from oak-aging
