Francois Durif is the French botanist known for crossing Syrah and Pelorsin to gift us Petite Sirah. This varietal is known for it's bold fruit, rich body, and floral characteristics.

Above the vineyard she soars, scanning the vineyard with surgical precision. Dr. Red Tail is dedicated to Northwest Michigan’s premier pest control, the Red Tailed Hawk. This Cabernet Franc is robust and wiry, with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and light bell pepper. When it comes to Michigan red wine, this is just what the doctor ordered.

Velvety and elegant with balanced tannins. Notes of boysenberry, clove, and tobacco. With footprints from 18 months of French and Hungarian Oak.

Full-bodied, slightly creamy Alsatian style Gris. White nectarine, peach, honeysuckle with a sourdough crust finish.

Grüner Veltliner or "The Green Grape of the Valtellina" is a unique Austrian varietal that boasts high quantities of fruit and character. Grüner is known for its expression of terroir much like the Riesling varietal. It's strong backbone of acidity encourages it's aging potential and is a great companion at the dinner table. Grapefruit, lime, ginger, with a touch of white pepper are supported by a bouquet of dried fig, hazelnut, and bread dough.

Pinot Meunier is a genetic mutation of Pinot Noir. Typically Meunier produces lighter colored and slightly higher acid wines than Noir. Pinot Meunier is primarily known as one of the three main varieties used in the production of Champagne, but it is so much more.

Rieslings offer high acidity and strongly reflect terroir. Northern Michigan Rieslings reflect the minerality of their glacial erratic soils. These wines become more concentrated and complex with age.

Lychee and rose palate surround notes of stone fruit and a hint of ginger.

Our barrel program boasts high-end French oak puncheon and regular barrels. Our wine spends no more than 9 months in these vessels to ensure they delicately compliment and not overwhelm the fruit flavors this beautiful varietal.

Chardonnay is the most widely planted and most versatile grape in the world. It thrives both in warm and cool climate regions expressing a vast amount of characteristics. Our 76/96 Dijon clones take well to our cool Northern Michigan climate and produce a lean and steely version of this famous grape.

This wine is conveniently canned for additional sharing opportunities but maintains that high Soul Squeeze quality.

This wine is made of three distinct varietals Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. They all have their own unique characteristics but are blended together to create one mysterious substance.
