Palate

This smooth and juicy red wine has modest tannins and strong flavors. It’s quaffable,
approachable, and has a subtle baking spice complexity and mid-palate that is sure to satisfy almost any wine drinker.

Winemaking

We use a wild yeast to slowly ferment in the presence of two types of oak to soften acidity.

Food Pairing

Best paired with hamburgers, steak, or gamey meat like veal or venison. It can also go well with tomato-based pasta dishes.
