The heaviest hitter on our menu currently, a deep red wine with notes of black current and vanilla compliment this smooth finishing red. By the way… 2020 Michigan reds are phenomenal!

Crushed and destemmed into a bin for primary fermentation and skin contact. Pressed off the skins once fermentation was completed, the wine was then moved to two barrels; one barrel was 100% new oak and the other was neutral oak. While in barrel the wine went through Malolactic Fermentation before filtration and bottling.
