Palate

This sweet rosé is just as pleasant to look at as it is to drink. With indulgent notes of black cherry candy and pomegranate, each sip is a rollercoaster of flavors. The juicy sweetness is complemented by a rigid acidic backbone.

Winemaking

We fermented each component separately and then blended them to create the desired color and flavor profile. The Frontenac Gris component was fermented on the skins to provide the beautiful color for the blend.

Strawberry shortcake, cheesecake, grilled pineapple, chicken kabobs and sunsets.
