Third-generation winemaker, Tony Peterson, perfected his craft while working many years as an apprentice in his father's winery. All the while, he dreamed of creating an experience that would incorporate the traditional art of wine making, old world charm and the very best of modern amenities. This refreshing blend of estate grown grapes has notes of citrus and peaches, with a light finish.  Wonderfully paired with seafood or poached salmon. 

This dry wine is light, crisp and refreshing.  Hints of citrus with a touch of sweetness create a perfectly balanced and easy to drink wine. 

Aged in new French Oak barrels this wine is a symphony of light tannins and soft acid with a hint of butter on the finish. 

White Blend

A semi-sweet wine with floral aromas, followed by fresh fruit on the tongue with a velvety smooth finish.  

Perfectly aged in Hungarian Oak.  A well-balanced red, with a rich-peppery smooth finish. 

An estate grown, full-bodied wine with a tremendous oak finish, aged in Hungarian Oak for 18 months.  

Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

A barrel select, Bordeaux style wine.  A full-bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes. 

Red Blend

A full, rich dry wine processed in stainless steel.  The perfect balance of fruit and tannins. 

Rosé

A delicious blend of red and white grapes that create a sweet rose' with crisp berry flavors.  

This medium bodied semi-dry wine has a hint of sweetness and lots of berry flavor on the tongue.  The smooth finish will leave you wanting more.
