Tasting notes of butterscotch, caramel, and almonds fill the palate. A voluptuous, lingering mouthful.

Winemaking

Our Montrachet style Chardonnay focuses on the nuance & balance of oak, fruit & acidity. This Chardonnay was 75% barrel-fermented and aged in French Oak, resulting in the richer, creamier texture that makes Bonobo Chardonnays so iconic.
