Winemaking

Our small batch reserve Pinot Noir was crafted from 8 select
barrels that were favored by the winemaking team.

Aging

Cold fermented on the skins for 3‐4 weeks, barrel aged for 2 years to enhance richness. Aged in exclusively French Oak barrels.

Pairs well with pork, stews, wild mushrooms, and root vegetables
