Winemaking

One of Bel Lago’s most popular wines, and it’s easy to see why. This wine beautifully showcases what Michigan wines are traditionally known for: Refreshingly crisp and balanced with a bright fruit profile.

Both the Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay components are fermented and aged in stainless‐steel tanks. This blend is bottled shortly after fermenting dry to retain its youthful and fruity characteristics. The lots used to create this blend were fermented with the yeasts BA11 and W15.
