Growing Conditions
This wine was made from a unique blend of fruit forward varietals in order to capture the essence of fresh grape juice. Notes of ruby red grapefruit, papaya, and pineapple intertwine with the delicate sweetness of guava. As delightful as a sun-drenched summer evening.
Composed of Siegerebbe, Cayuga & Frontenac Gris
Aging
Ripe fruit was harvested and fermented until it reached the
desired sweetness. The fermentation process was stopped by chilling the wine to a temperature below freezing to help retain the sweetness and fresh fruit flavor.

Pairs well with summer salad with strawberries and walnuts, assorted feta cheeses and cherry salsa
