Growing Conditions
This wine is a composition of a field blend of approximately 35 varieties of cold‐hardy grapes including Cayuga, Vignoles, Seyval, Schonberger, Muscat and Riesling.
Winemaking
This blend is truly an example of “wine made in the vineyard.” It includes several varieties picked, pressed and fermented together, as well as single lots like Cayuga, Vignoles and Seyval blended in. All the wine used in this blend was fermented at low temperatures to produce an extremely floral and aromatic profile.
