A powerful wine, robust aromatics and rich structure are complemented by balanced sweetness. This wine can stand up

Harvest
Harvested in November, the fruit was very ripe.
Aging
We fermented it slow and cold, and stopped the fermentation to retain plenty of
sweetness from the grapes.

Spicy Szechuan and Chinese dishes; it pairs especially well with ginger. Also great with semi sweet puddings, pâté and soft
