Palate
Slightly peppery, with hints of boysenberry and baking spices on the nose, Bouquetti opens up to a cranberry, orange and strawberry fruit‐profile that drifts over your palate. When chilled, the notes of cherry become more expressive; however, when severed at room temperature, the fruit‐forward Pinot Noir is more prominent.
